Before you decide
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you cancel it where you bought it: in Google Play, in the App Store, or on bitsnpices.com. You keep Plus or Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
It stays. Your streak, XP, finished bits, quiz results and flashcard history are kept on your account. You move to Free, where every summary, quiz and the Lesson Lab stay open; books and courses that need Plus or Pro go back to a preview.
I have a promo or gift code. Where do I use it?
Have a code? Redeem it in the app under Plan. A code from Bits N Pices unlocks Plus or Pro for the time printed on it, without a card, and you can switch down or cancel it from the same place.
Is there a plan for students or for companies?
Students use the same three plans. The Intermediate and B.Tech courses are in the library, and the first lesson of every course is free. Companies get their own console, team assignments and a company sign-in; see For companies.
Can I get a refund?
A purchase made in Google Play or the App Store is refunded by that store under its own rules, so ask there first. For a purchase made on bitsnpices.com, write to support@bitsnpices.com from the email you signed up with and we will look into it.
Which devices does one plan cover?
All of them. One account works in the web app in any browser and in the phone apps, and a plan bought in any of them unlocks the same plan everywhere you sign in. Offline downloads are a Pro feature of the phone app.
